Pocket Manhole Steps without handrails are the space-saving solution for shaft structures where protruding cast iron manhole steps or manhole steps cannot be used. They are injection moulded from polypropylene (PP) and offer a profiled tread for a secure grip.
Pocket Manhole Steps with handrails offer additional support over the entire height of the shaft. This model is also made of polypropylene (PP) and has a profiled tread. The handrail made of plastic-coated stainless steel provides additional grip security.
Non-slip treads provide a firm grip and increase safety even in wet or difficult conditions.
The textured outer surface ensures a stable bond with the concrete. The riser boxes with handrails have integrated holes for the subsequent installation of handles.
Our ladder boxes are available with or without a handrail – the right solution for every installation situation in shaft construction.
Polypropylene is highly resistant to stress, corrosion and chemical influences. This means that the riser boxes remain functional for years.
