Infrastep manhole steps, type B, are available in class 1 and class 2 and have been developed with design modifications that make ascending and descending shaft structures even safer. In class 1, they meet the requirements of DIN 19555, EN 13101 and DIN V1264, while Class 2 manhole steps comply with DIN 19555 and EN 13101 standards and are also available as weight-reduced solid plastic stirrups. Thanks to this tested safety, the stirrups are suitable for use in new construction as well as for the renovation of existing shaft structures.
The use of Class 1 manhole steps is mandatory for wastewater disposal structures. The Form B models are particularly robust thanks to their reinforced construction and ensure maximum safety in shaft construction even under high loads.
Class 2 manhole steps can also be used for structures outside the wastewater disposal sector. They combine solid basic stability with an economical price-performance ratio, making them ideal for a wide range of projects in general civil engineering.
The manhole steps can be vibrated directly into fresh concrete without slipping, which saves time and shortens drying phases.
A PP coating provides reliable protection against weather conditions. Additionally, sealed mounting points prevent moisture from penetrating and extend the service life.
Certified according to EN 13101 and DIN 19555 for full legal certainty and compliance with standards.
Non-slip surface, raised sides and rounded edges ensure a secure grip and reduce the risk of injury.
